7 DAY EASTERN CARIBBEAN CRUISE - NOVEMBER 3RD - 10TH, 2012

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES the exquisite ship -
"DREAM" their newest ship
Visiting ports of:
Nassau the Bahamas, St.
Thomas (US Virgin Islands) and St. Maarten
for EXACT pricing you will
need to pick your location on the ship and the style of cabin. This means
you need to and
book as soon as possible in order to get the cabin location
desired. EVERY booking will require a $250 deposit.
You will be able to make
payments as long as the balance is paid in full by AUGUST 20th, 2012.
EVERY
booking will need the following information if you want to be a part of the
dance group.
1. You must refer to Booking Number 853SC1
(that's our group number) and Pin #0886
2. You will call 1800-764-7419

3. Every booking will have Tax & Port Fees
which is $80.49 in addition to this there is a gratuity at the end of the
cruise.
4. You have the option to purchase a Vacation Protection Plan.
Ask Deanna about this.
5. You will fly into the Orlando Florida Intl.
Airport. (Dwight & I are flying Southwest because of
luggage)
We are flying in the night before which is Friday November
2nd and I have a great hotel.

a FREE shuttle to and from the airport, and a FREE breakfast.

pricing at $71. Dwight & I have already booked our
room as well.
6. When you schedule your flight to and from
please be aware of arrival times and departure times.
If you fly in the
night before we leave for the ship, there's no time constraint.
If you fly
in the day of the cruise beware of flight delay's etc. Ask if you have questions
on this one.
7. Your transportation to Port Canaveral is NOT included
in your cabin price.
If you choose this option the fee to ride with the
Carnival Bus is $70. round trip per person.
Dwight & I have already booked this transportation
with our cabin.
8. When you call Deanna to book your cabin you
MIGHT be eligible for special pricing for the following:
Military rate, a
Past Guest rate, a Senior rate. Please ask for any discounts and/or
upgrades allowed!
9. General things: You are allowed to bring on board
ship with NO penalty:
ONE bottle of wine or champagne per person.
In
addition you can bring ONE 12 pack of combined water, soda and/or any other
non-alcoholic beverage.
10. We will all sit together during any dinners so
ask for and confirm EARLY dinner seating.
11. You will be able to board the
ship DREAM as early as NOON but NO LATER than 2:30PM.
IF YOU TRY TO BOARD
AFTER THAT
YOU MIGHT BE DENIED BOARDING BY HOMELAND SECURITY.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY TO CRUISE
A VALID AND CURRENT PASSPORT. GET THAT DONE NOW
we will be having a cruise meeting at the club (Graham Central Station)
sometime in Feb.
If you are going with us, you should have already booked
your cabin so that we can answer questions.

You will be given the exact amount when you call to book.
